1996年，罗森第一次引进了自助购票机，两年之后，同样的多媒体终端陆续出现在其他便利店中。自助购票机是购买各种门票的便利手段。

接下来是支付画面。左侧按钮为信用卡，右侧为现金。如果你选择现金，机器会打印支付码，然后到收银台支付。如果选择信用卡，可以直接在机器上支付。
如果你选择信用卡，会弹出可用信用卡种类列表。点击黄色按钮确认。
刷卡，输入PIN码，支付成功。
机器打印出收据。不论是现金还是信用卡，你需要在30分钟之内拿这个出示给收银台的工作人员。
如果是现金支付，要到收银台缴费。如果是信用卡，那么要拿着收据到收银台。店员会把门票给你。
