在日本租房时需注意的问题

我搬进新公寓的时候正好是冬天。在搬进去之前,我只是大致看了一眼房子,当时并没觉得有什问题。我穿着夹克,也没觉得很冷。当时我看重的是大窗和更多的空间,而这间公寓在主卧室有三扇大窗,卧室的空间也很大,正好是我想要的。
而当我住进这间公寓,并且生活了将近一年之后,我发现这间屋子和我之前住的屋子相比,很难保暖!全都因为那三扇大窗。每次我打开窗帘,热气迅速从我屋子消散,像空气迅速跑出被扎破的轮胎一样。榻榻米的卧室也很容易失去温度,这对想睡觉的人来说可糟透了。还不止这些,当我关上通向浴室或走廊的门(屋子里最冷的地方),我发现我家的门缝比正常的门缝要宽很多。门和地面的距离不应该大到可以看到旁边的房间,然而通过我家的门缝却可以清楚的看到。这当然也是我家热气快速消失的原因之一。
所以,当你要在日本租房的时候,最好先弄清楚房间的保暖性能如何,试着开关空调来确认热气大约多长时间消失,在窗边呆一会,感觉一下温度差别有多大。检查一下门和门框的距离,看看房屋的格局是不是很容易让热气散去。
