Make Your Own Jack-O-Lantern Roll Sushi
Want some seasonal jack-o-lantern sushi? Just boil up some pumpkin slices and mix them in with your regular sushi rice to get a nice, deep orange shade. Wrap cucumber strips in nori seaweed to form your jack-o-lantern's nose and eyeballs, then prepare a grooved hunk of kamaboko (a kind of processed fish cake) wrapped in nori to make the mouth. After that, it's just about placement!
