Spice up Your Sliced Bread with a Cute Bunny
The bakery is called Usagi-za Lepus and the product that’s bringing them fame is a loaf in the shape of a cute, round-faced, long-eared bunny.
Only 32 loaves are baked each day, and are split up into designated time slots—at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.—with only eight going on sale at a time. You'll be lucky if you can get your hands on one of these cute bread loaves since they are known to sell out almost as soon as they’re made.
Available as sliced or whole loaves, the bunny bread retails for just ¥300 (US$2.61) each, making them a completely affordable way to add some cute to your lunchtime sandwiches!
