    對紅酒、日本酒、燒酒、啤酒和雞尾酒頗有造詣的日本專家——被稱為“飲品界的權威顧問”。1988年在法國學習語言及紅酒釀造技術，返回日本後作為當時極其罕見的女性品酒師自成一家。1997年在“紅酒品酒師全國大賽”中作為女子最高名次的第3名獲獎。現在，活用業界20年以上的職業素養和女性特有的感性，向酒類食品相關的一般講座、活動策劃・主辦、進口業界及酒類販賣店・飲料店・賓館酒店等提供專業顧問咨詢。
