坐上雪國的初音Miku電車馳騁吧！
在之前幾年，札幌將冰雪初音Miku慶典搞得很隆重，主辦方花費了1億日元在這項活動上，招攬了40多家不同的公司進行宣傳推廣活動，本年度的主題為運動。初音Miku將穿上貓頭鷹主題的服裝穿梭於札幌的大街小巷。

由虛擬偶像初音帶來的新歌“在大雪融化之前”，是Doriko在2015年11月發表的創作。這首歌也提前預告明年2月即將到來的冰雪盛況。 與此同時，札幌還會賦予城市交通新鮮的裝扮，為了本次活動，在雪國初音Miku裝飾下的 痛車（電車或巴士等交通工具裏貼滿了主題裝飾貼紙） 也將重新登場。
