Ashikaga Flower Park Shines in Winter
The garden attracts tourists from around the world when the flower blooms in May. The park's highlight is "the miraculous Great Wisteria." Organizers lit up the rose garden in blue to express gratitude to frontline healthcare workers battling the coronavirus pandemic.
Perhaps the park's most instagrammable spot is an area that’s displaying more firework illuminations than usual years. Firework festivals across Japan were canceled this year due to the epidemic.
The light-up event will run through February 7.
