No Halloween Gathering in Shibuya in 2020
On the last day of October the iconic Scramble Crossing in Tokyo’s Shibuya Ward draws thousands of people eager to celebrate Halloween. The rowdiness of previous years' celebrations have lead to increased scrutiny, and this year local authorities are asking people not to come for fears of COVID-19.
