Shibuya Public Restrooms Get Designer Makeover

This restroom appears to be see-through, but the walls become opaque when someone locks the door from the inside. The creators hope to change the negative image of public restrooms that are often considered dark and dirty.

Three such designer restrooms became available on Wednesday, with the remaining 14 to be completed by next summer.
