When you think of Japanese art, you might think of the famous The Great Wave off Kanagawa, Katsushika Hokusai's most famous work (so much so that Apple had once used it as an emoji).

Hokusai is so synonymous with Japanese art that The Sumida Hokusai Museum, located in the artist's hometown, is dedicated to the renown ukiyo-e Japanese woodblock printing artist. The museum features artworks, rotating exhibitions, life-like wax figures, and more.
