Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium is one of the world's top aquariums, not just for the wide variety of species or the gorgeous tropical landscape it sits in, but for a few of its huge guests. The aquarium is famous for its gigantic nine-meter-long whale sharks that reside inside an even more massive saltwater tank that holds over seven million liters of water and 70 species from the Kuroshio Sea.
