Ganso Chitose Ramen is a ramen store located at the Food Court area. Various types of ramen can be enjoyed there and it is recommended that you try the "Ganso Chitose Ramen" dish.

It comes with original miso soup and is filled with char siu (roasted pork meat), corn and a huge snow crab claw - luxury that matches up to the standards of seafood restaurants.

Yukijirushi (Snow Brand) is a famous ice cream brand in Hokkaido and has branches all around the prefecture, including the famous Sapporo Television Tower.

Snow Brand Parlor Food Court Branch is located in the Food Court area and has a recipe you cannot enjoy elsewhere. The exclusive soft cream is made from fresh local milk and is made in New Chitose Airport. It is also recommended that you try the Cheese Ice Cream shown in the photo where exclusive ice cream and cheese cake are served together with fruits jam.

Biei Senka is a gift shop which is most famous for their Biei Corn Bun. It is produced in collaboration together with the renowned bakery from Shibuya, Viron.

The Biei Corn Bun is sold only in a box of 5 and because of popular demand, each person is limited to a purchase of 2 boxes. About 40 boxes are sold at any one time and they sell out almost immediately. You will be provided with a coupon if they are out of stock and can collect them afterwards when new batches are baked. The first timing is at 8 am (when the shop opens) and usually ends around 3 pm to 4 pm.

Soft bread is filled with sweet and juicy corn, and is delicious even after you keep it for a day. Biei Senka is also known for the legendary "beans bread", where 5 types of beans are filled in bread. Only about 30 boxes are made each day, which sell out almost immediately once the shop opens, so for those who want to aim for that, be prepared to wake up early.

Hanataba Bokujo is a confectionary store that sells various sweets based on home-made cheese. The main branch is located at Tokachi (Hokkaido) and several others are found around Hokkaido.

At New Chitose Airport, you can enjoy the Caramel Popcorn Soft Cream, where fresh popcorn and hot caramel sauce are poured on soft cream with a choice of either vanilla, caramel or mixed.
