Green Smoothie
The Green Smoothie is made from 11 vegetables and three fruits, including kale, parsley, spinach, radish, Japanese mustard spinach, cabbage, watercress, celery, sweet potato, carrot, Japanese honeywort, kiwi, lemon and apple. One 200-gram (7 oz) serving contains 118 grams (4 oz) of vegetables, the equivalent to a full meal's worth of vegetable intake according to Kenkou Nippon 21—and at just 80 kilocalories!

Purple Smoothie
Released February 9, 2016, this richly flavored addition to the smoothie family is made of seven kinds of fruit and four kinds of vegetable. In addition to the "superberry" maki berry, the mix includes apple, grape, raspberry, cranberry, blueberry and lemon alongside purple carrot, purple yam, carrot and sweet potato. Like the Green Smoothie, one 200-gram (7 oz) serving contains 118 grams (4 oz) of vegetables, though in this case at 104 kilocalories per serving.
200-gram cups of both the Green Smoothie and Purple Smoothie are available for ¥178, while larger 400-gram (14 oz) cartons—introduced March 1—go for ¥298. You can check them all out at your local Lawson!
