There's more to Sapporo in the winter than its iconic Yuki Matsuri. It's the fifth most populous city in Japan, yet most of the big tourist attractions can be reached on foot from Sapporo Station, including the red-brick Former Hokkaido Government Office, the Sapporo Clock Tower, Sapporo Tower, Odori Park and the Sapporo City Archive Museum.
