By far one of the most popular cosplay YouTubers out there, Venus Angelic, has over 1 million subscribers on her YouTube channel. Man or woman, real-life or animated, Promise Phan knows no bounds when it comes to cosplaying as characters. In one video alone she can transition swiftly among three Johnny Depp characters: Willy Wonka, Edward Scissorhands and Captain Jack Sparrow—and even the well-known actor himself! If the character has a rather unique look like Emily in the Corpse Bride, she'll frequently give step-by-step advice for how to apply the appropriate cosplay makeup.
