The mellow salt ramen is a staple of Ramen 1/20, which is located about two minutes from Higashiogu Sanchome Station on the Toden Arakawa Line. Its bowls are visually stunning, with white soup and dark pink char siu. The mellow chicken-stock soup is smooth without losing its rich flavor, perfectly coating the thin noodles.

Part of the famous Taishoken ramen chain, this shop is located a minute away from Machiya Nichome Station on the Toden Arakawa Line. The lack of MSG gives Ramen Kohaku’s ramen a very gentle flavor. The Mori-soba is a must, with thick, chewy, straight noodles and soup that embodies the unique Taishoken sweet-and-sour blend.
